Opening Agreement
By purchasing, accessing, enrolling in, or using any NeuralStack product, program, platform, software, community, event, or service, you agree to these Terms of Service and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase, access, enroll in, or use NeuralStack's products or services.
Section 1 — About NeuralStack LLC
NeuralStack LLC is a California limited liability company providing digital education, AI-related training, software/SaaS access, implementation support, digital products, community access, and related resources for entrepreneurs, business owners, creators, and users interested in AI monetization, business growth, and digital implementation.

Section 2 — Products and Services Covered
These Terms apply to all NeuralStack products and services, including:
- Digital products, guides, PDFs, playbooks, workbooks, templates, resources
- Trainings, online programs, implementation programs
- Software/SaaS access, Neural AI, AI tools, guided workflows, dashboards, prompt systems
- Live events, webinars, paid event tickets
- Community access, Whop community access, support channels
- Group implementation support, done-with-you support, and related offers
These Terms apply regardless of whether the product is free, paid, discounted, promotional, bundled, subscription-based, one-time, payment-plan based, or accessed through a third-party platform.
Section 3 — Third-Party Platforms
NeuralStack may use third-party platforms to process payments, deliver access, host communities, manage software, provide checkout pages, deliver digital products, manage memberships, or provide related services. Payments and access may be processed or delivered through platforms such as Whop or other third-party tools.
By purchasing or accessing NeuralStack products or services, you understand and agree that you may also be subject to the terms, policies, privacy practices, billing rules, community rules, and platform requirements of any third-party service used.
NeuralStack is not responsible for third-party platform outages, errors, account issues, or payment processor issues, but will make reasonable efforts to help resolve access issues when users contact support.
Section 4 — Account Access and Delivery
Access is generally delivered instantly after purchase through Whop or another designated platform.
If you enter the wrong email address, experience a login issue, or lose access due to a platform-related issue, contact NeuralStack support at: projects@eslaunch.com
NeuralStack will make reasonable efforts to help restore or correct access issues when the issue is legitimate and the customer provides the necessary information.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Protecting your login credentials
- Ensuring your email and payment information are correct
Section 5 — Account Suspension or Termination
NeuralStack reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any product, program, software, community, support channel, event, or service if a user engages in any of the following:
Credential & Fraud Violations
- Sharing login credentials
- Committing fraud
- Filing a chargeback or payment dispute
- Missing required payments
Community Violations
- Violating community rules
- Harassing staff or members
- Abusing support channels
- Disrupting the community
IP & Platform Violations
- Misusing NeuralStack intellectual property
- Copying or redistributing materials
- Attempting to reverse engineer Neural AI
- Engaging in illegal or deceptive activity
Termination of access does not waive any outstanding payment obligations. You remain responsible for any amounts owed under a payment plan or subscription.
Section 6 — Refund Policy: All Sales Are Final
Due to the immediate delivery of digital value, instant access to software, trainings, digital products, community resources, support channels, and proprietary intellectual property — NeuralStack does not offer refunds except where required by law or expressly approved by NeuralStack in writing.

Section 7 — Digital Products, Software & Programs
Digital products, software/SaaS access, online trainings, communities, templates, playbooks, workbooks, AI tools, and program access are non-refundable once access is granted. This policy applies even if you:
- Do not use the product or fail to log in
- Fail to complete the material or change your mind
- Decide the product is no longer needed
- Do not get the result you expected
- Stop participating
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final. NeuralStack provides tools, education, frameworks, software, resources, and support — but does not guarantee that you will use, complete, implement, or achieve a specific result.
Section 8 — Live Events, Webinars & Tickets
Live events, webinars, workshops, and paid event tickets are final sale. If NeuralStack cancels an event and does not reschedule it or provide a reasonable replacement, NeuralStack may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit, replacement access, or refund where appropriate.
Missed attendance, schedule conflicts, failure to attend, technical issues on the user's side, or failure to check event reminders do not qualify for a refund.
Section 9 — Consulting, Calls & Implementation Support
Consulting calls, implementation support, group support, one-on-one sessions, and related services are final sale. NeuralStack may allow rescheduling at its sole discretion, subject to availability, program rules, platform rules, and reasonable notice.
No-shows, late arrivals, missed calls, or failure to use available support do not qualify for a refund.
Section 10 — Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
You are responsible for canceling before your next billing date if you do not want to be charged again. Cancellation stops future billing only — it does not create a refund for prior charges, current billing periods, partial months, unused time, or failure to use the service.
Cancel through Whop, your account dashboard, or by contacting projects@eslaunch.com at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
Section 11 — Payment Plans & Failed Payments
If you purchase using a payment plan, you are responsible for the full agreed purchase amount. Payment plans are not subscriptions.
A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full purchase price over time. The following do not cancel your obligation to complete the payment plan:
- Stopping usage or losing interest
- Failing to participate or complete the program
- Failing to implement or missing calls
- Requesting cancellation
Consequences of Missed Payments
Access Suspended or Terminated
Missed, failed, disputed, or late payments may result in suspended or terminated access to all NeuralStack products and services.
Collections & Cost Recovery
NeuralStack reserves the right to pursue unpaid balances, use collections, recover costs, and restrict future access to NeuralStack products or services.
Stopping participation or requesting cancellation does not cancel your payment plan obligation.
Section 12 — Better-Than-Money-Back Support Guarantee
This is not a refund guarantee. This is a conditional support and/or access extension guarantee available only on select qualifying higher-touch programs.
Section 13 — Nature of the Guarantee
If a qualifying customer completes the required implementation standards and does not generate gross revenue equal to the amount paid to NeuralStack for the qualifying program, NeuralStack may continue providing support, guidance, resources, and/or access for up to 12 months, or until the customer generates gross revenue equal to their program investment — whichever occurs first.
This guarantee is designed to support implementation. It does not guarantee:
- Instant income or automatic results
- Specific earnings or profit
- Business success
- A refund
Section 14 — Programs That May Qualify
The Better-Than-Money-Back Support Guarantee applies only to select qualifying higher-touch programs where NeuralStack expressly states that the guarantee applies.
It does NOT apply to:
- Digital products
- Templates
- PDFs
- Playbooks
- Workbooks
- Low-ticket resources or standard courses
- Live events
- Webinars
- Tickets
- Consulting calls unless expressly stated
- Any offer where the guarantee is not specifically included in writing
